Manuscripts are deleted from our production systems after delivery unless you explicitly request otherwise. Contact information is retained for as long as you maintain a relationship with us. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We use the following services as part of our production pipeline:
- ElevenLabs for voice synthesis. Manuscript text is processed through their API during production.
- Cloudflare for website hosting and content delivery.
- Buttondown for newsletter delivery, if you subscribe.
