Service description
Embervox Labs ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered audiobook production services. We produce cinematic audiobooks from manuscripts you provide, delivering distribution-ready audio files. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Free sample
We offer a free sample production of one chapter per prospective client. The free sample is provided as-is to demonstrate our production capabilities. It includes the same full 12-phase cinematic treatment as paid productions.
Free samples do not obligate you to purchase further services. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the free sample program at any time.
Intellectual property
Your manuscript: You retain all rights to your original manuscript. We do not claim any ownership of content you submit to us.
Produced audio: Upon full payment for a production, you own the produced audio and may distribute it as you choose. For free samples, you may use the produced audio for evaluation purposes.
Our technology: Our production pipeline, tools, processes, and technology remain our intellectual property.
Your responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to submit the manuscript for production (you own it, have a license, or it is in the public domain).
- The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
- The content does not contain illegal material.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to produce content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse service for any content at our sole discretion.
Payment and delivery
Pricing is as quoted at the time of your order. We deliver production files in the formats specified in your service tier. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on title length and production complexity.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embervox Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
